1、 Core material characteristics
The amorphous alloy transformer adopts iron-based amorphous strip (with a thickness of about 25 μ m) as the core material, and its atomic disordered arrangement structure significantly reduces hysteresis loss. Compared with traditional silicon steel, it has:
Energy efficiency advantage: Reduce no-load losses by 60% -70% and no-load current by about 80%;
Material characteristics: Saturated magnetic density of 1.56T, coercivity ≤ 4A/m, suitable for high-frequency (below 1kHz) working scenarios.
2、 Structural design features
Core technology: Multi layer amorphous strip stacking molding, using epoxy resin vacuum impregnation curing to reduce mechanical vibration noise (≤ 45dB);
Three phase five column structure, magnetic circuit symmetry error ≤ 3%.
Winding configuration: NOMEX insulation paper is used to wrap copper wires, with a temperature resistance level of C (220 ℃);
Low voltage winding foil structure enhances short-circuit withstand capability.
3、 Typical application scenarios
Distribution network: suitable for urban and rural power grid renovation with a load rate of less than 30%;
In the field of new energy: photovoltaic power station step-up transformers, adapted to intermittent power generation characteristics;
Sensitive loads: places with high requirements for power supply quality, such as data centers and hospitals.
4、 Economic and environmental benefits
Full cycle cost: Although the purchase price is 20% -30% higher, the price difference can be recovered through electricity cost savings within 5-8 years;
Low carbon contribution: Each 1000kVA transformer reduces CO ₂ emissions by approximately 8-10 tons annually.
Note: During installation, it is necessary to avoid mechanical stress impacting the iron core. It is recommended to install an on load voltage regulating switch (± 10%) to adapt to voltage fluctuations.
